Alice is based in the London office and works to amplify messaging from NRGI global and regional programs and innovate communications approaches.

Prior to joining NRGI, she delivered marketing campaigns at Deloitte and behavior change communication programs at M&C Saatchi World Services in the fields of security and defense, and international development. Alice worked with clients in international organizations and government departments, including the U.K. Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the U.S. Department of Defense, and completed a secondment at the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence.

Prior to joining M&C Saatchi, Alice organized TEDx events and served as an intern at Forum for the Future, a non-profit organization working with businesses and governments to tackle complex sustainability issues. She has also held a variety of volunteer positions in Italy, Morocco and Sri Lanka.

Alice holds a B.S. in geography from Royal Holloway, University of London, and is fluent in Russian, English and Latvian. She also writes and speaks basic French and Spanish.
