Prior to joining NRGI, Edelyne worked as the accounting and administrative manager at the Haitian Education and Leadership Program (Haiti and New York), where she led and oversaw the finance and administrative department for 10 years. Previously, she served four years at The Haitian Project, where she was responsible for office operations management. Edelyne has strong knowledge of cash and accrual accounting systems and has experience in all aspects of financial budgeting, resource allocation, accounting and control procedures.

Edelyne holds a B.S. in public accountancy from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York and a B.S. in managerial science from the Institute University Quisqueya America of Haiti. She moved from Haiti to the United States in 2010 and speaks French and Creole.
