Emmanuel provides financial management to the Ghana and Nigeria programs and administrative support to program staff. A member of the sub-Saharan Africa and operations teams, he serves as the lead on compliance issues in Ghana and plays a human resources function, orienting new staff members and training them on NRGI’s financial management systems. He led in the establishment of the finance and administrative systems of the Ghana office when it was established.

Prior to joining NRGI, Emmanuel was the regional accountant for the Carter Centre/Guinea Worm Eradication Program in Ghana. He also worked as the first finance and administrative officer for NORSAAC.

Emmanuel holds an M.B.A. from PPA Business School Paris, a bachelor’s in commerce from the University of Cape Coast, and a Higher National Diploma in accountancy from Tamale Polytechnic.
