With more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit accounting, Fei brings a wealth of knowledge in developing accounting policy and internal control, developing and maintaining effective accounting systems, and grant management and reporting.  At NRGI, Fei and his team monitor the organization’s day-to-day business activities.

Prior to joining NRGI, he served as director of finance with International Education and Resource Network (iEARN) where he oversaw all aspects of iEARN’s accounting administration including their annual budgeting process, financial reporting and cash management.  He worked actively in supporting their international program teams.

Fei holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from State University of New York at Old Westbury.
