Helen Dempsey

Capacity Development Associate
Social Sharing

Helen’s work involves assisting in the development and coordination of NRGI’s capacity development programs, in particular the executive course at the Blavatnik School of Government and the advanced course at the Central European University.

She holds a M.A. in international development from the University of Manchester and a M.A. in social science from the University of Glasgow.
