Noelah Arhalimba Mushaga
Finance and Administration Associate
Noelah is based in Kinshasa, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and manages administration, finance, human resources, procurement, IT and compliance in the country office.
Prior to joining NRGI’s team in the DRC, Noelah worked in finance for Enabel (the Belgian development agency) and PMU Interlife.
She holds a degree in management and economic sciences, financial management and accounting from CEPROMAD University in the DRC.
