Papa Daouda Diene

Africa Economic Analyst

Papa Daouda Diene is based in Dakar and supports NRGI’s research and analytical work in Francophone Africa and the implementation of NRGI’s Africa regional strategy.

Prior to joining NRGI, Papa Daouda worked for the Institutional Support Project for Resource Mobilization and Investment Attractiveness (PAIMRAI) of the Africa Development Bank in Senegal. He has also worked as research officer at the Research Institute for Development, and for the Senegalese Department of Taxes and Domains. As a consultant he participated in the development of strategic plans for several organizations in Senegal.

Papa Daouda holds an MSc in economics and statistics from ENSAE-Senegal with a specialization in public policy impact assessment.
