Yee Mon Oo is a research associate at Myanmar Development Institute and a participant in Advancing Accountable Resource Governance in Asia Pacific in Belitung, Indonesia, in January 2018. As the course progressed, Yee Mon talked with NRGI about challenges Myanmar state-owned enterprises face (also the subject of a July NRGI report) and some takeaways from the two-week learning session.
