Datu Abdelawin A. Sangkula is assistant regional secretary for operations in the Department of Environment and Natural Resources of the Autonomous Region in Musliam Mindanao in the Philippines. Datu was a participant in Advancing Accountable Resource Governance in Asia Pacific in Belitung, Indonesia, in January 2018.
