Fundar Launches First Annual Report on the Extractive Industries in Mexico

Mexican civil society organization Fundar will launch its first annual report on Mexico's oil, gas and mining sectors on Tuesday, June 6, in Mexico City. NRGI Latin America director Carlos Monge will participate in a roundtable discussion at the event.
The report and presentation will focus on how local communities are affected by extractive activities, focusing on environmental and subnational impacts of extraction and the rights of indigenous and campesino communities.
