Elly Arganbright
Learning & Impact Lead
Based in Brussels, Elly leads the development and implementation of NRGI’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) strategy, working closely with NRGI staff worldwide to support ongoing learning and impact-centric work.
Prior to joining NRGI, Elly worked as a senior officer in monitoring, evaluation, and learning at the European Climate Foundation. Her background also includes leading and supporting MEL teams and projects for development non-governmental organizations in East and West Africa.
Elly holds an M.A. in comparative and international development and education from the University of Minnesota, and a B.S. in global resource systems and B.A in English from Iowa State University.
